The menu said this was “special chicken pho” but I could have sworn I saw a frog gastrocnemius (based on the numerous experiments in Animal Physio, haha) in it. Wasn’t able to take a picture of the muscle since I ate it as soon as I saw it, though. Still, that was some really yummy pho.
